About eXp

Established in 2009, eXp is a Christian youth project for young people across Cowal. We have a Christian core to our work, believing the words of Jesus when he said: “I have come to bring life, life in all its’ fullness." - John 10:10

eXp is a SCIO (Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation) Full Name of the Charity: "eXp - Experiencing Faith in Cowal" Scottish Charity No. SC046355

Quality

We provide high-quality youth work that emphasises quality relationships, excellent programmes, and a high commitment to helping every young person who chooses to be involved realise their full potential.

Mobile and Conversational

We meet young people where they are, out on the streets, in school, in the parks, at clubs and activities. We do not force the gospel but present it in a way which is both engaging and meaningful to young people.

Growth

We provide a wide range of opportunities that broaden the horizons of young people encouraging them to be more confident, think for themselves, engage positively with others, learn to be leaders and problem solvers, to be involved positively in their neighbourhoods and to keep moving in a positive direction as they grow and mature.

Invitation Is at the Heart of eXp

At eXp Youth Work, we believe in the transformative power of community. Our mission is to walk alongside young people as they build deep friendships, embark on meaningful adventures, and grow into their full potential—shaped by the life and teachings of Jesus. This journey isn’t one we take alone. We invite parents and carers to be part of this story, supporting their children and one another. We welcome churches to collaborate with us in shaping a vibrant, faith-filled environment. And we partner with schools, youth clubs, and local organisations, recognising that investing in young people is a shared calling. Together, we’re creating lasting, hope-filled chapters in young lives—stories shaped with care, connection, and purpose.

Do you want to support the future of young people in Cowal? We’d love to have you get involved!
